How do I subscribe?

You visit the SUBSCRIPTIONS page by clicking on the relevant field at the top bar. Select the subscription that suits your needs: MONTHTLY, QUARTERLY, HALF-YEAR or YEARLY. Follow the instructions to purchase and activate it. Just before your subscription expires, you will get a reminder by email so you can renew it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your AstorTV subscription at any time, by simply not renewing it. You will continue to have access to AstorTV series until the end of your monthly/yearly billing period. We do not provide refunds or credit for any partial-month (or partial year) membership periods.

How does subscription billing work?

If you choose to subscribe to TvAstor, you will have to renew your subscription once a month or once a year on the date you purchased the subscription package. Just before your subscription expires, you will get a reminder by email so you can renew it.

How can I stream TvAstor?

You can watch AstorTV series instantly on any internet-connected device, such as a PC, a game console, a smartphone or tablet, a smart TV, a set-top box or a streaming player. These devices are manufactured and sold by device manufacturers. You can also watch our series directly on your computer or connect it up to your television!

How many devices can I use TvAstor on simultaneously?

You can only use TvAstor on ONE device at any time. No simultaneous viewing on multiple devices is allowed.

How can I be sure that someone else does not watch TvAstor using my account?

At TvAstor we make sure that no one else is watching at the same time as you. When you log into your account, every other active connection will be logged out. If you are watching and someone else tries to log in, then you will be logged out from your account. In that case, please, contact us immediately.

Where is TvAstor available?

TvAstor service is available in the following countries:

Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and USA.

How do I watch TvAstor on my desktop?

To begin watching TvAstor series on your Windows or Mac computer:

1. Open an internet browser and go to www.tvastor.com.

2. Sign into your TvAstor account. If you do not have an account, you should create one. Click on ‘New user? Register’ and follow the process.

3. Select the title of the series and the episode you wish to watch. Press ( ) on the player.

How fast does my internet connection need to be?

The minimum required speed of your connection is 0.5 megabits per second (Mbps), but you may want a faster connection for improved video quality. TvAstor is a streaming service; videos are streamed over the internet, but cannot be downloaded and stored. Thus, you must be connected to the internet while you are watching our series.
