Passwords & Account Access
The member who created the TvAstor account and whose Payment Method is charged (the "Account Owner") has access and control over the TvAstor account. To maintain control over the account and to prevent anyone from accessing the account, the Account Owner should not reveal the password nor the Payment Method details associated with the account to anyone. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account.
Collection of Information
We receive and store information about you such as:
· Information you provide us. We collect information you provide to us which includes: your name, email address, address or postal code, payment method and telephone number.
· Information collected when you choose to provide reviews or ratings, taste preferences, account settings, set preferences in Your Account or otherwise provide information to us through our service or elsewhere
· Information we collect automatically: We collect information regarding you and your use of our service, your interactions with us and our advertising. This information includes: your activity on the TvAstor service, such as title selections, watch history and search queries, details regarding your interactions with customer service, such as the date, time and reason for contacting us, transcripts of any chat conversations, and if you call us, your phone number, device IDs or unique identifiers, device and software characteristics (such as type and configuration), connection information, statistics on page views, referral URLs, IP address and standard web log information.
Use of Information
We use the information we collect to provide, analyze, administer, enhance and personalize our services and marketing efforts, to process your registration, your orders and your payments, and to communicate with you on these and other topics. For example, we use the information we collect for:
- preventing, detecting and investigating potentially prohibited or illegal activities, including fraud, and enforcing our terms (such as determining free trial eligibility)

- communicating with you concerning our service, so that we can send you news about TvAstor, special offers and promotional.
Your Choices
If you no longer want to receive certain communications from us via email, you can access your account settings page and select not to receive newsletters. Alternatively, click the "unsubscribe" link that is included in every email you receive from our service. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from certain email correspondence from us, such as messages relating to your account transactions and you can only permanently delete your account from your account settings page.

We believe we use reasonable administrative, logical, physical and managerial measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use and modification. Unfortunately, no measures can be guaranteed to provide 100% security. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

We will provide notice of any such changes (including when they will take effect) in accordance with law. Your continued use of the TvAstor service after any such updates take effect will constitute acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any updates to this Privacy Statement, you may cancel your use of the TvAstor service.
